From 2010–2016, Noelle grew the events team at Groupon to meet the high-growth needs of the business. As she hired event planners for her team, what ended up forming was a family. Something very special grew between the team, which eventually became 8 innovators strong. Beyond the awesome work, we genuinely loved to be around each other, and the lines blurred between work and life. Years (and jobs) later, we’ve decided to rejoin our talents to launch Ladidadi XM—Chicago’s first experiential marketing & events collective—bringing together unrivaled events from coast to coast.
With 16 years of experience in “XM”, Noelle has produced more than 500 events across the country including top customer events, ticketed events, marketing panels, high-end celebrity events, internal meetings and employee functions, ranging in size from 30 to 300K+ people. Working on both brand & agency sides of the business, Noelle grew her appreciation for true customer service, and the creative process that is vital to ensuring high-quality creative for her clients.
Patrick brings nearly 10 years of event management and production experience to Ladidadi XM. With experience in association meetings, networking events, outdoor events, general sessions, breakouts, registration, housing, attendee management, trade shows, food and beverage, team building, incentive programs, and much more. And if that's not enough... he's an avid Game of Thrones, Harry Potter and Star Wars fan... so ask him about those!
Breana has 10 years experience working for high growth companies managing sales and operations. Breana brings her diverse background to our team having led event planning at an agency and in-house for a local technology company, operating a production company specializing in developing new music festivals, and most recently building new business relationships for a growing design firm. She excels at wearing many hats and building long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
Caroline has over 10 years experience as an Art Director in both traditional and experiential advertising. After moving to a freelance role in 2014, Caroline has focused on helping small businesses with their social/digital marketing and design.
Kelly’s journey in events began over 13 years ago, producing a broad portfolio of consumer, B2B & social events. Working with brands such as Red Bull, American Airlines, doTERRA & Groupon, Kelly learned the importance of providing exceptional client service and delivering on the customer experience. Her specialties include event strategy, event production, sponsorship fulfillment, & project management. Kelly prides herself on producing experiences that create connection, excitement & engagement.
Kevin has produced events ranging from concerts to festivals to corporate conferences and galas. As a Technical Director, Kevin works with our team to pull together all the technical elements that are needed to pull off your event flawlessly.
Ashley has overseen all facets of events such as multi-million dollar budgets, sales plans, guest registration, master transportation plans, celebrity and VIP attendees/travel/manifests, guest and sponsor giveaways, shipping arrangements (customs through Mexico), travel, riders, performers, sponsorship activations, contracts, invoicing, collateral materials, event programs/scripts, F&B logistics and BEO’s, auctions, board/committee involvement, staff recruitment/day-of management & more!
Photographing professionally across the US since 1997 Sheri Whitko has mastered the art of studio and on location work. Published internationally with shoots ranging from portraits, commercial (with clients such as AT&T), social and corporate events (for clients such as Samsung and Ferrari) work. Often she captures celebrities (such as J-Lo, Diane Keaton and Matt Damon), politicians (such as President Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton) and musical artists (such as Lady Gaga and Stevie Wonder).
Suzanne brings over 20 years of event planning experience to Ladidadi XM. She was responsible for the direction and production of 30 plus, multi-million dollar national/international meetings and incentive trips. Her portfolio of clients includes Seagram, Seagram Canada, Bally Manufacturing Corporation, Molex, Compass Group and The Committee of 200. Suzanne’s specializes in corporate incentive program management and prides herself on strict budget adherence and strong customer service skills.
Anjelica has been working in the events industry since 2013 and has planned over 175 events. Throughout this time she has also come to be known as an avid relationship builder and has managed major accounts in the NFL, MLB, and Fortune 500 industries. Being a lover of all things sports and theater, she has been involved in actor meet and greets, elegant fundraising galas, Red Bull Crashed Ice and the MN Super Bowl. Outside of events, Anjelica loves volleyball, musicals, and country music.
In March 2016, Noha Salah moved her career to Los Angeles after 8 years in Chicago. In Chicago, Noha produced events and experiential marketing programs for Groupon ranging in size from 30 to 8,000+. Since moving to LA, Noha has developed a client base as a freelance event producer working with reputable brands producing events ranging from Corporate Summits to Stadium Shows with A-List talent. Noha is best known for her passion for event design and attendee experience.
Sam’s been writing copy for close to 10 years, and if you ask him, he couldn’t tell you why people still hire him to do it. Over the years he’s worked as a technical writer, script writer, ad writer, UX writer, and general creative strategist. When he’s not trying to persuade clients to see the fun side of their brand, he’s usually trying to fix a really old stereo, or whatever new hobby he probably has now.
